We were waiting for a spell of wet weather so we could check that the join between the our house and the neighbours was secure as this was one of the issues we needed sorting out. Having now had some heavy rainfall we are now happy to respond. Much of the communication was by electronic means and we were away on holiday when the work was carried out, hence the lack of ratings. However, all our dealings were clear and straightforward, there was no mess when we returned and it looks like the work has been carried out to our full satisfaction.”
